    Performance

    The properties of tungsten alloy plate are closely related to its manufacturing materials. Some properties of tungsten alloy are listed below for reference.

    High density: the density of tungsten alloy in general is 16.5 ~ 19.0 g/cm ^ 3, which is more than twice that of steel density.

    High tensile strength: the tensile strength of sintered W-Ni-Fe high-density alloy is 800~1000MPa, and the strength can be increased to 1300~ 1500mpa after heat treatment and deformation processing.

    Good ductility: W-Ni-Fe high-density alloy has good ductility, the elongation of sintered state can reach 10%~15%, after vacuum or atmosphere dehydrogenation treatment, the elongation can be increased to 20%~30%.

    Good ray absorption capacity: the ray absorption capacity of high-density alloy is 30%~40% higher than that of lead, and its stability is better than that of lead.

    Good electrical properties: W-Ni-Cu, W-Ni-Fe high-density alloys have good electrical conductivity, corrosion resistance, high voltage resistance and other electrical properties.

    Good thermal conductivity and low linear expansion coefficient: its thermal conductivity is 5 times of mold steel, and its linear expansion coefficient is only 1/2~1/3 of iron or steel.

    Good corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance.

    Good machining properties: due to the good ductility of W-Ni-Fe high-density alloy, it can be machined for turning, milling, planing, threading and tapping, as well as for rolling, rotary forging, forging and other large deformation strengthening processing.
